Written Test (Second attempt for free!)

Service Description

Appointment required We are approved by the Department of Licensing (DOL) as a knowledge (written) testing provider. DOL Knowledge Test $40 (Second attempt for free!!!) Available in 7 languages: English, Spanish, Chinese, Korean, Russian, Vietnamese, Japanese. Mon-Fri 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM Our written exams are typically offered twice a day, but the scheduled times may vary due to differences in staff schedules *Teens (15-18 years old): If you're at least 15 years old and plan to take a driver training course, you can pre-apply www.dol.wa.gov/driverslicense/preapply.html. You'll need to give your WDL number to us. You can visit an DOL office or complete your online application for a permit 10 days or less before the course starts. That includes weekends and holidays. This will allow us to inform DOL office that you're enrolled. If you're not enrolled in a course, you must be at least 15 1/2 years old to take the knowledge test. Pre-apply if you haven't already, and get a WDL number so you can schedule your test. If you don't complete the Traffic Safety Education course, you must wait until you’re at least 18 to get your license. *18 and over: Bring your photo ID with you. If you do not have a Washington State ID card or permit you will need to pre-apply online by visiting website: www.dol.wa.gov/driverslicense/preapply.html and provide us your WDL #.
